Just curious.......what is eating right to you? Describe a perfect day's menu which you would consider...........eating right?
The AMA, the FDA, and all the major medical groups tell us what we should eat each day, and how the food should be prepared. I don't know one person who eats the long lists of fruits, vegetables, and grains that are suggested.
If you are such an expert, please share your idea of a *eat right* day.
