Like I can get a house for 1000 bucks a month with swimming pool and 3 bedrroms in a ok area, but I can not get ADSL with say 40 Gigis for less than $500 a month, I also have to wait more than a month for the ADSL to be installed ......... and many many more examples, so be very careful when you consider moving somewhere else, and yes staying there for at least 6 months is not a bad idea
Exactly, I spent 3 months one time (longest vacation of my life). It's incredible when you realise you take for granted on a daily basis back in the States. Don't get me wrong, I had a blast on the vacation and would do it again. It's easy to let some things go, especially when you know you're only on vacation and will be home eventually. But living indefinitely without some of those things is a VERY drastic change.
