I'll put money down that there is no city in South America with all that I've listed above within 15 miles. Even discounting the auto shops and gas stations. I've been to South America alot (not to Buenos Aires though), and have never seen any city come close (like not even an 8th of the amount) to having the shops and general stores/products/services available in the large American cities.
