I can't for the life of me understand why you would cut anyone loose from your affiliate program. The possible bad PR, possible lost revenue, and lost future business.
Is it really worth all that just to cut the fat on an affiliate program? I'd honestly like to know, there must be something I'm missing. I can see little harm in keeping a low productivity affiliate, but lots of harm in letting him go.
Someone please enlighten me...
