it's not only North America, come see them here, road rage is a big issue, I used to freak out as well, then took the time to do some reading and I'm doing much much better, basically if you're guy avoid ANY conflict on the road AT ALL costs,
it's not easy, trust me.
You see somebody showing you the finger the first thing you want to do is get out of the car and make his fucking face look like a raw hamburger patty, ignoring him completely requires strong will!
