you are fast to point fingers at ibill or grid or whatever they are called nowadays. Then you give props/cudos to Myvirtualcard. Not the first time you've done this. You either work for Myvirtual card or you are a reseller. But if Myvirtualcard is so great as you claim, then why don't you explain to me why they had to change their name to Paymonde? And using a bank in the Phillippines no less. Dude, when your processor has to go with an acquiring bank in a 3rd world country it's because there are no other options and the ship is sinking. Perhaps you are correct as bout IBILL or Grid or whatever they are called today. But trying giving props to a processor that may not be as questionnable but certainly under the VISA radar (MVC) makes you just as stupid as someone telling us to go with etelegate.
