Uhh.. fuck that. Put that site back up like TGPDevil said -- with the addition that they are now calling you on the phone and harassing you about the site. Get a phone recorder from Radio Shack & next time he calls, before anything else say "Just so you know, this call is being recorded and may be used against you in a court of law." He'll think a little more clearly about what he sais -- if anything.
But theres nothing illegal about voicing your opinions and warning other consumers about your negative experiences with a company on the net.
He was probably pissed because you had high SE results for the company name. Put the damn site back up.
