Personally, I dislike people who give respect to individuals on this board based on postcount; individuals who have no skills in anything, nothing to offer the industry or the world in general other than making worthless posts. I also look down on those individuals as well who make such worthless posts.

I'm amazed, daily, at the sheer number of people in this industry who really have no tangible skills at anything yet are employed and making money. It's like this business fosters the coddling and admiration for those who are the weakest links in this industry. *shrug*
