depends who your carrier is man. mine is cingular for the razor and verizon for the samsung i carry. thank god i had two phones.

the insurance company on both of mine is asurion. you pay em 50 bucks and they send you a new phone. in this case i am claiming it and sending the damn thing back. i dont wanna deal with those things anymore, then i can turn in my samsung and get the treo or blackberry on verizon.
