EVERYONE who knows Tassy knows she is not condescending nor would she make fun of international customers especially since her background is Portuguese, Swedish and French. Her comment, which could be misconstrued, was in reference to her understanding someone else's writing. English is my first language and god knows I sometimes write in broken English and half of the people on this board do as well.

In any case, Ihahaha8217;m just glad our employees are working instead of bashing other companies or other people who work in the industry on the boards.
