Well - in all fairness to Tassy - she was the one who solved MY 1 month long problem & a 40 minute call of utter uselessness with phone support. Took her all but 10-15 minutes to solve & settle the issue. Tassy & KeyserSoze both get my
on providing support from a distance. Trying to make good and getting the frustrations that phone support has caused or trying to fix things beyond their authority - it's not easy and they're doing a great job at it. Give credit when it's due!
