After speaking to a number of supervisors, they still refused to do anything about my account and have still kept my money frozen with no timeframe at all.
The worst part is, I'm travelling at the moment and I was using the epassporte money as a fair bit of spending money. Very annoying.
I also spoke to another friend of mine who has had the exact same thing occur after a long time with epassporte.
I recommend everyone get as much cash out of their account before they kill yours as well - sounds like their fraud checks whatever they are are going wild.
Looks like they're taking my $4000!
