All of the countries in the Americas are mistakes too. Taken by force from indigenous populations that made life hell for quite a while in those lands. Eh?

I don't think he was talking about their right to be there; just that the artificial nature of the creation of the current nation of Israel has unintentionally resulted in a great deal of human misery.
