There is also nothing for US people to even discuss in this issue - it was the US govt who supplied weaponary to this region and who also purvey more weapons worldwide than all other nations combined.
The further the US is out of this issue, the better - literally everywhere the US is involved is a total fuckup. If there can be a cooling down of this current crisis, it sure is not going to come from the US Admin - they have nothing to offer.
