I am also on rogers - if you cant set a relay thru your host then you can use rogers to send your outgoing mail for your domain - that is instead of using your domains outgoing email settings such as mail.mydomain.com use your regular rogers outgoing email id's - this will still get your mail sent out as if it was coming from your domain.
