So you run a webhost but don't know how DDOS attacks work? How do you protect your servers againt it then?
Anyways.. You have similar laws to Denmark when it comes to this. If they are hurting your business by making false accusations you can take legal action against them. Setting up a DDOS attack would probably just make the people you are dealing with more persistent and it would make you seem like a 14 year old idiot. AND it would open you up to a host of legal problems.
