I've got one that I'm testing out - it uses cpanel but the interface is client based, all i have to do is add reseller rights and you can copy past 10/20/30 domains at once and it's done.
Plus you can make default templates for new domains so your pages can be brandable from creation.
again this isn't a panel, this is the ERP interface for the panels. it works with webadmin, plesk, cpanel, and a bunch of others.
