Well thanks to Hone I've been out here for 4 years! I loved the first couple of years, but now, I just can't handle the 6 months of 100+ days. WTF are people thinking moving out here? lol. Winters rock though, and the turnover racio for talent is incredible!! Watch my site and see how many new faces pop up and fall off weekly, it's nuts!
