there are two types of personal trainers
once that tests your limits and then decides the workout plan for you

and the ones that kinda throw you into what he thinks your capable of , and then adjust from there...

get some flax seed oil , that helps the muscles to rebuild much faster, take ur daily vitamins too. have make sure u have the proper amount of sleep each day
