You must have caught Keyser on an off day because he is probably the hardest working and most caring individual I have ever met. Keyser has made a huge difference with ePassporte's customer service and I bet there are thousands of webmasters who will agree with me. That is not to say what you are saying didn't happen but I have to think there were extenuating circumstances surrounding this.
