Ditto. I rode the bus system just once to see what public transportation in LA was like. (Don't ask why) Anyway, no joke middle of April this jackass gets on the bus in a full fledged, head to toe, Batman costume. Cape and all.
I once saw a guy shove a banana up his ass right on hollywood blvd. Bent over to show his ass to the world and crammed it up there.
I once saw a bus driver and a rider fist fighting outside the bus on the sidewalk, again on Hollywood Blvd.
Hollywood blvd is a strange place and even stranger if you know where to look.
That's barely scratching the surface. I doubt you'll get too much reaction especially on Hollywood Blvd. Maybe add a 3 foot long dildo to the front of it, and make the guy wear "black face" make-up. I think your chances of a bizarre reaction will increase.
