Cool, very interesting way of looking at things indeed. I'm just thinking how many members I need to make the 15k/year or so that the content is worth back and then some due to the risk involved.

300 members x 25/month x 12 months x 10% = $9000/year which is a bit slim for the amount the content is worth but still not too bad for the time it takes, which is about 2 weeks full time. So seeing that wouldn't 10% be a bit too low?

Also, I wouldn't cut the model in, if she didn't agree to webcam shows and having a hands on approach. The one I am thinking of has a great head on her shoulders BUT I'd still hold a contract and if she faultered would be cut out/bought out for the portion what the site was worth at that time based on her share. That way the site could run its course until the pre-shot content ran out.
