the site is a PR 4
try to include the www. and not leave it out when checking PR google toolbar says its 4 and so does
www.prchecker.net and
www.epagerank.net and
www.sweetbreeze.info, i can safly say the previously used PR checker must be checking from a database or server that is currently down.
