I would say
Webmasters: 60% of the gross revenu
Processors: 10% - 15% of the gross revenu
Paysite company: 25% to 30% of the gross to be used to pay hosting, model and all other expenses.
Photographer/Videographer: 50% of the net revenu...

The model would hold weekly webcam shows as well and be self promoting herself. Are my figures fair? What do other sites split? I know 50/50 for model/webmaster, but in this case, there are two other people that need a cut to produce ALL the content for potentially no money. I'm the videographer in this deal so I need it to push the envelope for my end of the deal ;)
