How much does the girl get vs. photographer, videographer and webmaster?

Webmaster: 40%
Photographer/Videographer (two individuals involved): 30%
Model: 30%

The model would hold weekly webcam shows as well and be self promoting herself. Are my figures fair? What do other sites split? I know 50/50 for model/webmaster, but in this case, there are two other people that need a cut to produce ALL the content for potentially no money. I'm the videographer in this deal so I need it to push the envelope for my end of the deal ;)
