See that's why I never supported the second war in Iraq, because if we would have really been in a war on terror we would have took Iran and not Iraq.
Saddam would have been kept in check, just by the threat of the US being next door in Iran. Everyone think's Iran would be a bigger war and it would, but in reality we are already fighting Iran by default. It's Iran whom is supporting much of the insurgents in Iraq and is a major factor behind the current issues in Israel and Palestine.
We are going to end up fighting Iran sooner or later, the choice is do we do it before they have nukes or after. I'm not a fan of the war over there but we might as well finish what we have started, other wise it's going to be this same BS for the next 100 years.
