I don't know where you got that idea from - i have done plenty of link exchanges, and that probably relates to the PR figure. I've even gone to the trouble of submitting it via Google Sitemaps, and yet they still won't index it for some unknown reason, but are willing to give it a decent PR figure.

I can assure you that i've never redirected the site to any other site than my other site (
http://www.cleantgp.org), which has a current PR rating of next to nothing.
