Personally, I think the best reward option I have seen is ARS offering health insurance. Those of us who don't also work a "real job" are often left in insurance limbo or forced to pay a high price to get insurance because we aren't part of a company buying insurance in bulk.
Unfortunately, the particular plan ARS is offering sorta sucks, but the concept is great.
The technical aspects are a bit more difficult, because it's something you pay for every month, usually, not just something you save up for and buy, but think of the loyalty folks frequently have to the company that they get their insurance through... definitely an incentive to stay with that program.
