A) tassy that was the stupidest, most stereotypical american comment i have ever seen played off as a "you can't convey tone online like he-he omgz!" i've ever seen.
i'm american, please stop embarassing us.
B) keyser, if you guys have a shred of common sense and willpower to attempt to retain your current customer base, and maybe attract new customers.. i suggest you do discuss this policy openly.
you either: spell it out on the board for everyone in your own language, where you'll have a chance to clarify misunderstandings. or, every day when you fuck up someone else's account, they're going to post here with THEIR version of what happened, regardless of how accurate that is.
right now, it seems like the account holder's version of this story is 110% accurate.. if that is the case, epass is guilty of conversion - clear cut case.
