That could be the only part that is true ... and you don't need trillions for that.
The US gov is using 9/11 as a reason to start wars. The people making the money from wars are all friends with the admnistration... all the compagnies that get the big contracts.
The costs to setup 9/11 if backed from above were almost nothing, and they are making billions. War business is big business.
