Really look like varicose veins to me, or at the very least the start of them. All of the women in my family have gotten them before they were fifty, looks identical to those. Most have very fair 'european' skin as well, usually start showing up at late 20's to early 30's and didn't manifest until mid 40's. Either way, those pics are hot
