 That is a domain seller's moto. lol.   " every domain name is worth a lot to t he right buyer". So they mark up the domain up 100x hoping the right idiot, err i mean buyer comes along. How many times does that happen ?
it's not really like realestate, unless if you trying to sell land on a toxic waste dump that can't be built on for 100 years.  But i am sure there is the "right buyer " for that too.
