arp -d

arp cache problems are very rare though - you probably want to refresh your DNS cache.

I would suggest going into your Service Administrative tool and hitting Stop on DNS Client as well as setting the service startup to : disabled

This will always get you the latest and greatest IP address directly from your DNS servers (typically ISP or your router)
