yep, urlencode and urldecode is the solution.
when writing the links that go thru the outscript..
$outurl = "http://www.aol.com/?a=1&b=2";
$outurl = "/out.php?url=". urlencode($outurl);
then in out.php
header("Location: ". urldecode($_GET["url"]));
this might have typos and such, i didnt check it
