Yeah I agree that in sense it is wwiii, but not by conventional standards
The US didn't declare war until post 9/11. The pasific theater is only just starting to heat up to a serious issue that may call for a use of force.
In a philosphical sense I agree but I don't think that we are technically in a WWIII state just yet.
The situation with Isreal has been much worse in the past and will never be resolved until someones back is broken.
The world has been in a constant state of war in almost every hemisphere for a long time.
I think WWIII will have to include either the perverbial "button being pressed" OR another set of allied nations all declaring war on common enemy nations.
It's conceivable that the next "axis" will be a combination or Iran, Korea, Syria, some form of unified Faction of terrorists, and possibly China??? who knows I'm just speculating.
