This is a first for me, as I've never used a cpa. I have a bookkeeping background, so I always do my own stuff.

This one also has a law degree. So I will be able to find out whether to incorporate or form an LLC.

I also don't know if a will or living revocable trust is best.

So hopefully she can tell me.
