Ok, I'm blushing as I write this. We're by no means rss experts here. More like completely ignorant.
Any rss gurus here that can explain in simple terms how to actually do that (get rid of <content:encoded> tags). And what happens once they're removed. Why are they even there if they're useless? Do we need to disable something in WP?
I put the feed through
FeedValidator and it says "valid feed" but there's quite a bit of unsettling yellow highlights there as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
