Without jumping on on the rest of the conversation..
I have to say, ICQ likes to pick and choose who the messages go to. If you send a message to someone who is not online... chances are, they won't get it. It used to be a sure fire way to get someones attention when they come online.. But now, I cannot trust my business to it
