Innocent is a relative term when the terrorist shields himself behind women and children. Israel is in war zone where all their surronding Arab neighbors want to destroy your country. If someone throws homeade rockets day in and day out at innocent people, then Israel as sovergn nation has the right to respond. Only thing they can respond with is much more force to hopefully teach those terrorist next time you kill 1 Israelie we kill 50 palastinains. Thats where the revolving cycle continues.. Only problem is 1 nation is democratic (Israel) where they have laws and freely elected officials and all the other surrounding areas are all rules by corrupt and self appointed rulers with no rull of law in society. ie Hamas militart wing and the palastinian Army... What other country would allow a militia to be in there own country where they have a police and army.
