Say 'thats life' and leave him to rot? - Hand over a few 100 prisoners in exchange for him and then watch as more soldiers get kidnapped?

I dont expect kids were the target of the bomb, I expect it was the terorists that were with them. How many kids have coalition forces killed in the same way - for the same reasons? It sucks either way, but people in glass houses.....
