Etelegate takes a page out of the iBill play book

I started with etelegate for tangibles processing several months before they took over processing iBill accounts. It seems that they had just lost their merchant account and had acquired a new one for the iBill take over.... I have yet to see a single cent of the $4660 they have owed me since April. I am attaching the email I received from them. If you can believe it, they are trying to get me to come back and continue even though they never paid me anything.

On top of that, I received another email from them, it appears they integrated one of my old iBill accounts and started billing cancelled customers again. Approx $1300 worth before I got a chance to go and cancel everyone. With this kind of practices it won't be long before they loose this merchant account too. Anyone who is actually processing with them right now needs their head examined.

Run for the hills folks.. the writing is on the wall.

Hello,

I have been given your contact details by my assistant. I understand
that you processed originally through a bank that has not paid us and
now our reliable bank which I trust everything is fine with this bank
and you are getting paid twice each month now. We are working to
resolve your past money owed to you and will let you know when the funds have been released. In the meantime your account is live and running and your payments should be like clockwork payed two times each month.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions and
know that we are trying to resolve the past pay issues with the old bank
as soon as possible.

Thanks,

Scott Price
