if you are a billing company and you find out that one of your clients has stolen the website design they are using...
1- do you ignore it because it's none of your business or
2- be concerned, because those who steal most likely would not run an honest affiliate program. Therefore you would be partially responsible for supporting and providing backend services to a fraudulent affiliate program.... hmmmm what do you say?
