I have spent some time in Vietnam and it is called the American War to them. They kicked our asses, one booby trap at a time. They won because they were fighting for something they believed in. We lost because we were just fighting.

The United States will eventually lose in Iraq. We are losing now I believe based on information I get from guys I know who have been there. We may lose some battles, but will lose the war.

You can not win a war against people who have a cause or have nothing to lose. You can also not win a war against an IDEA such as "terrorism" because that idea changes, evolves and can not be painted into a corner. Every attack against Muslim extremist will breed more Muslim extremists. Again... we will lose this war, even if we win some battles.
