And more than half the time the excuse is whipped up with help of the Mossad. Lets not forget is was the Mossad who was caught recently trying to setup Al Qaeda cells in Palestine. Strange thing for them to do isn't it? Not really, they have a very long history of infiltrating and using terrorist organisations to take out targets for them, and to commit acts that act as an excuse for Israeli actions. There are always enough Arabs dumb enough to carry them out.
