This is actually an interesting topic. I go through phases where for a week to a couple of weeks I will sleep 5 hours or less, and that includes a good amount of drinking or going to bars each night. From there I will go to 8 to 10 hours. Or the fluctuation of 6 to 8 hours and taking a 1 to 3 hour nap. It actually sucks. There is no consistency and 50% of the time I feel very fatigued. I cannot get a set pattern and have had trouble sleeping or getting to sleep since I can remember remembering.
For me it is either too little or too much. Oh well.
