We set up all dedicated machines from Miami and St Louis with the DirectAdmin control panel. Under most circumstances we can reboot. If they do something that requires us to get a tech there, we don't have much choice.
These are not "managed" servers, we just help out the best we can. If a hard reboot can be avoided, we will avoid it. There are not too many reasons where one would be required.
If it turned out to be a hardware issue, of course we would not charge them.
