How about you provide some arguments as to why you believe "program owners" are some demi-gods born with a platinum spoon up their ass?
It takes a hell of a lot of money to start up a program and to keep it going. And it takes a hell of a lot of work to make a hell of a lot money.
Anybody can be a program owner. It's not like people like Dee or Marc De won their programs in some magical lottery.
