In the Simon vs. Davis campaign, there have been far more dirty tricks by Simon than by Davis. If you don't believe that it's simply because you are blind.
Bill Simon lied and tried to accuse Davis of a felony during several press conferences. It turned out that it was a lie, and Simon is now being sued for it. He even had to admit that he was lying, only he called it "a mistake". A jury found that Simon had committed fraud while running his company. Then a conservative appointed judge conveniently reversed the jury decision a few months before the election. Simon's television ads are full of lies and misinformation.
If you are in California, and you even think about voting for anyone but Davis, you are a complete idiot. Simon is a criminal and a right wing religious fanatic loser who will do everything he can to fuck up California in the name of making money for his pals, and Jesus.
