not going to happen - its their word against a judge - there is no proof either way that he did or didn't see it, unless they have a camera on him at all times showing him turned the other way or eating a hotdog.
Sadly it does spoil it - but if this is true - France should simply let it go and be happy with 2nd place and their hero shamed.
