I think that there are other differences between Brazilian and American women, besides price. Guys, read this: most of the women down here enjoy sex, enjoy male companion; you are not only allowed to flirt with girls, you are supposed to; of course, common sense and good manners help a lot, but you won´t be sued for being a little bit too gentle with a woman (worst that happens is hearing a NO with a smile).
The dollar is strong right now, I feel lucky to be paid in dollars and to pay my bills in reais. A six pack is under U$1.5; yesterday I went to a all you can eat, including sushi, shrimps and the finest meats for under $10 (http:www.porcao.com.br); an American friend was astonished when she learned that some families (not mine, I consider that human exploitation) can afford a sleep in maid (who cooks, cleans the house, does the laundry, baby sitting and whatever more) for $100/month.
If anyone cares to know, Brazil is also evolving politically. We have elections today, 115 million voters, the process is fair and transparent; the new President will be known today by midnight, no recountings, no Courts ;) . Of course, expect to find some corruption if you travel around the country, but it´s not like you see in movies; no dictators can put you in jail, if you stay within law (prostitution is NOT a crime).
If anybody comes to the NorthEast, send me a message (isso inclui o pessoal do Brasil também; moro em Recife até o final do ano, mudo-me para Natal o ano que vem).
